Broadcaster Ju Byeong-jin has reportedly sold his penthouse, earning an estimated capital gain of about 2.5 billion KRW.

According to an Edaily report on the 27th, Ju Byeong-jin sold his penthouse apartment located in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, for 5.5 billion KRW at the end of last year. Considering the original sale price was about 3 billion KRW, it is estimated that he made a capital gain of approximately 2.5 billion KRW.

Completed in December 2010, the apartment is known as one of the few senior welfare housing (Senior Town) complexes in the country. Nearby, there are Sky Park, Hangang Citizen's Park, and Nanji Stream Park, and it boasts convenient transportation access to Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Olympic-daero, Naebu Sunhwan-ro, and Seobu Ganseon-ro.

The apartment complex consists of two buildings with 33 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, totaling 240 units.
