On the 25th, Jeon uploaded a video titled "An Appeal to the 20s and 30s Generation and the People" lasting about 44 minutes on his YouTube channel 'Kkotboda Jeon Han-gil'. He stated, "For the past 26 years, I have taught history with a balanced perspective, neither leaning left nor right. I have always taken the teachings of Dosan Ahn Chang-ho, who said we should never lie even in our dreams, as a model and have taught honestly," and claimed, "The people are currently being deceived and manipulated."
He added, "I demanded transparency as one of the people because there could be suspicions of election fraud. What is wrong with that?" He questioned, "I criticized the CEMC, but the Democratic Party of Korea filed a complaint against me. What connection is there between the CEMC and the Democratic Party?" He further argued, "One reason President Yoon declared martial law was because the CEMC did not cooperate with investigations into election fraud suspicions and corruption. Since the ruling party leader, opposition leader, and the president have all raised suspicions about election fraud, shouldn't we thoroughly investigate to clear all doubts for the sake of all citizens?"

He also said, "Recently, among the people, the term 'enlightenment order' rather than martial law has been circulating. They call it rebellion, but there was no bloodshed, no sirens sounded, and no traffic was controlled." He continued, "The National Assembly immediately voted to lift martial law, and the president officially lifted it within six hours. Many people were asleep that day and did not even know martial law had been declared the next day. Isn't it fortunate that it ended so peacefully? Whether it was martial law or enlightenment order, I leave it to each person to judge."
Regarding being labeled with a 'far-right frame,' he said, "I am neither far-right nor far-left; I respect common sense." He also revealed, "I am from 'Nosamo,' a group that loves Roh Moo-hyun, and I recently received a Roh Moo-hyun New Year calendar."
He concluded, "Following the teachings of Dosan Ahn Chang-ho, I think of this as a new independence movement and will steadily move forward together with the youth. I will gladly join in protecting the Republic of Korea, remembering the independence activists who sacrificed their lives and the patriots who died in the Korean War," and invited people to meet in front of the National Assembly in Yeouido.
