Eco-friendly Auto Parts Company Motivelink Begins Demand Forecasting

Motivelink, a manufacturer of transformers for eco-friendly vehicles, will begin institutional investor demand forecasting at the end of this month.


According to the financial investment industry on the 25th, Motivelink will conduct demand forecasting from the 31st of this month to the 6th of next month.


Founded in 1997, Motivelink started as a transformer specialist company. It later transformed into a supplier of automotive parts and has now grown into a company providing transformers for electronic components. It offers key parts used in strategic conversion systems within eco-friendly vehicles, from development to mass production.

As of 2023, sales amounted to 82.9 billion KRW, with an operating profit of 4.5 billion KRW.


The total number of shares offered is 3,020,590, all newly issued shares. The initial desired public offering price range was 5,600 to 6,400 KRW, but it was lowered to 5,100 to 6,000 KRW by increasing the discount rate.


Accordingly, the total public offering amount is between 15.4 billion and 18.1 billion KRW.


After finalizing the public offering price through institutional investor demand forecasting, general subscription will be conducted on the 11th and 12th of next month. The lead underwriter is Mirae Asset Securities.
