Gwangju Dongbu Fire Station conducted a fire prevention campaign and CPR experience event for citizens on the 24th.

The event, held for employees and visitors at NC Wave Chungjang Branch, was part of a fire prevention campaign conducted throughout Gwangju.

During the event, leaflets and promotional items related to fire prevention were distributed, and the importance of residential fire safety equipment and safety guidelines for the Lunar New Year holiday were explained. In addition, the CPR experience program focused on increasing the rate of CPR performed by the general public.

Chief Moon Heejun said, "I hope this campaign has helped inform citizens about the importance of fire prevention and CPR, and contributed to a safe holiday," adding, "We will continue to carry out various promotional activities and education to protect the safety of citizens in the future."
