KORAIL Gwangju Headquarters (Director Kim Youngjin) held an inauguration ceremony for the 18th Junior Board on the 24th, which will serve as a youth council responsible for management improvement and internal communication.
The 18th Junior Board consists of 13 members who will actively propose fresh ideas at the forefront of their respective fields and lead organizational culture innovation through communication across job categories and generations for one year.
This year, leadership training will also be provided to help Junior Board members develop into future managers of change and innovation.
Kim Youngjin, Director of KORAIL Gwangju Headquarters, stated, "I hope employees from various fields will collaborate to propose creative ideas and take the lead in ensuring KORAIL provides safe and convenient services."
