Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kang Eun-hee) announced on the 24th that it will publicly recruit 158 kitchen assistants to fill vacancies in schools caused by retirement and resignation.
The number of recruits planned by each education support office is 69 for Dongbu, 40 for Seobu, 27 for Nambu, and 22 for Dalseong.
The recruitment schedule is as follows: online application from January 25 to February 4, on-site application from January 31 to February 4, announcement of document screening results on February 6, and interviews on February 10. The final successful candidates will be announced on February 12 through the Office of Education's website.
To enhance fairness and transparency in this recruitment, the evaluation criteria will be disclosed, and to facilitate applicants' convenience, both online applications via the staff recruitment site and on-site applications will be accepted.
Applicants can submit their application forms either online through the online staff recruitment system or by visiting the education support office they wish to apply to in person.
The final successful candidates will begin working at public schools under the Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education starting March 1.
