Honam University LINC+ Project Group recently announced on the 24th that it participated in the '2024 LINC 3.0 Project Winter Forum'.

The Winter Forum, held at Jeju Shinhwa World from the 22nd to the 23rd, was attended by over 700 participants, including representatives from 76 LINC+ project groups nationwide, the Ministry of Education, and the National Research Foundation of Korea.

This forum aimed to promote the development of a university culture conducive to industry-academia cooperation, fostered through the first to third stages of the LINC project, by sharing comprehensive achievements and best practices of the LINC 3.0 project. In addition, in response to the full implementation of the RISE system, a communication meeting for LINC 3.0 project group leaders by region was held to activate local industry-academia cooperation.

Guidance was also provided on strategies for supporting the Regional Innovation-led University Support System (RISE) and on project budget execution.

Furthermore, at the 2024 LINC 3.0 Council, participants discussed ways to generate outcomes for the RISE project by sharing results of joint projects such as the technology commercialization acceleration program and Channel Link 3.0.
