The comprehensive measures include a total of 22 teams and 359 personnel across six sectors during the holiday: △ safety accident measures △ operation of a comprehensive situation room △ management of stable prices for low-income households △ agricultural and livestock products and environmental management measures △ emergency medical measures and support for vulnerable groups △ traffic safety measures for ancestral rites and returning visitors. The personnel will respond to various emergencies such as citizen inconveniences and safety accidents that may occur during the holiday period.

First, Guri City will operate a Disaster Safety Countermeasures Headquarters situation room to strengthen cooperation with related organizations to prevent accidents and respond promptly to disaster situations. To this end, the city conducted safety inspections focusing on traditional markets and multi-use facilities. In addition, by operating a comprehensive situation room, immediate situation reporting will be carried out in case of emergency duty situations by sector, and security inspections, duty work, and security of government office facilities will be strengthened to prepare for emergencies.

With the peak holiday season approaching, the city plans to focus on price stabilization and revitalization of the local economy. A price stabilization task force will be operated to monitor price trends and check the implementation status of price labeling for holiday seasonal products, striving to stabilize prices. To listen to the difficulties faced by market merchants struggling due to the economic downturn, the city will promote the "Institution Heads Shopping Day" event, and to stimulate consumption during the Lunar New Year, a Guri Love Card usage event will also be held.

The city will implement agricultural and livestock products and environmental management measures to actively respond to routine civil complaints. A special situation team will be operated during the Lunar New Year holiday to prevent inconveniences caused by household waste, and garbage collection days will be expanded to minimize citizen inconvenience. The Disaster Safety Countermeasures Headquarters for avian influenza and African swine fever will be operated to fully prepare for livestock infectious disease incidents during the holiday.

Emergency medical measures have also been prepared to minimize medical service gaps. An emergency medical system will be maintained to allow for continuous emergency patient treatment, and emergency medical staff will be on standby at the Guri City Health Center at all times. An emergency quarantine system will also be established to thoroughly block the spread of infectious diseases during the holiday period.

To ensure that all citizens can have a warm holiday, detailed support measures for vulnerable and marginalized groups will be promoted. From the 24th to the 30th, before the start of the Lunar New Year holiday, emergency meal support for children at risk of missing meals during the holiday will be provided through pre-delivery of substitute foods. Additionally, the "Lunar New Year Gift and Food Sharing Promotion" will be operated to receive and distribute donations for helping neighbors during the holiday. The city plans to visit three social welfare facilities to deliver consolation items such as rice and ramen.

The Guri Public Cemetery will operate normally during the Lunar New Year holiday. In addition, to prepare for increased transportation demand, traffic safety reinforcement and preventive activities will be carried out. To maintain a safe road driving environment, illegal parking and stopping will be proactively managed, and 16 public parking lots will be opened free of charge to facilitate convenience for citizens and returning visitors.

Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri City said, "We have prepared systematic and multifaceted measures so that returning visitors and citizens visiting the region do not feel any administrative gaps," and added, "I hope all citizens trust the public officials of Guri City and spend a safe and comfortable Lunar New Year holiday with their families."
