Asia Economy Education Center is recruiting trainees for the digital talent development program for non-IT majors, "Getting a Job with Data: Business Model Planning & Development Course."
This course offers a broad curriculum ranging from the basics of digital technology to advanced applications, providing non-IT majors with an opportunity to become skilled professionals equipped with digital capabilities. The training will be conducted over a total of 596 hours from March 11 to July 7, 2025. Since more than 92% of the trainees are non-majors, the education is tailored to meet the needs of IT non-majors.
The program starts with foundational digital environment setup and programming language education, and includes practical, specialized training such as ▲big data statistics and analysis ▲web development ▲machine learning ▲web service model planning. In the final stage of the training, team project practice is designed to allow trainees to experience real work processes. Through this, graduates will build skills applicable in various fields such as marketing, technical sales, service, advertising planning, and research and development (R&D).
Outstanding trainees selected will receive scholarships of up to 2 million KRW, and a monthly team activity allowance of 100,000 KRW will be provided. Additionally, trainees will be given free access to the latest digital learning tools such as ChatGPT 4.0 and Colab, which are paid software. Support for certification acquisition is provided, and trainees can freely use the practice rooms open 24 hours a day. After the training, services for creating job portfolios and managing resumes will be offered, along with employment opportunities through partner company referral hiring programs. Trainees will also have the chance to participate in government ministry-sponsored contests to directly verify their capabilities. Over the past two years, Asia Economy Education Center has demonstrated excellent results by winning 15 awards in contests hosted by government ministries.
Non-IT majors who want to transition their careers and enhance their expertise using digital technology can check detailed information and apply through the Asia Economy Education Center website.
