Experience the New Galaxy Studio
Now Open at Times Square, COEX, Hongdae, Gangnam, and More
Samsung Electronics has opened offline studios where customers can experience the 'Galaxy S25 Series' at four locations in Seoul, including COEX, and is offering classes that teach key Galaxy AI features.
On the 24th, Samsung Electronics announced that it will operate 'Galaxy Studios' where customers can try out the new products at a total of four locations in Korea: Yeongdeungpo Times Square, COEX, Samsung Store Hongdae, and Samsung Gangnam. Yeongdeungpo Times Square and COEX will be open until the 23rd of next month, while Samsung Store Hongdae and Samsung Gangnam will operate permanently.
Visitors can experience the Galaxy AI features that allow complex tasks involving multiple apps to be executed with a single command sentence at the 'AI Showroom' located at the entrance of the Galaxy Studio.
Samsung Electronics has also prepared various experience scenarios to enable users to experience everyday uses such as work and hobbies, including ▲ entering information into the calendar after searching for information ▲ summarizing a YouTube video being watched and saving it to Samsung Notes.
In a space designed like a subway, visitors can experience the 'Now Brief' feature, where AI analyzes the user's smartphone usage patterns and data to provide personalized customized information.
In the school-themed 'School' space, users can naturally experience how to utilize AI by easily solving subject problems such as math and foreign languages, as well as everyday situations, using Galaxy AI.
In the video experience zone, after shooting a video, users can try video editing using the 'Audio Eraser' feature, where AI classifies sounds such as voices in the video, surrounding noise, and music, and adjusts each separately.
The 'Galaxy AI Class' is a lecture where applicants can learn the key Galaxy AI features of the Galaxy S25 Series in small groups. It is held five times a day for about 20 minutes with a capacity of around 10 people. At Samsung Gangnam, both on-site participation and online pre-registration are available, and customers who visit after online pre-registration receive a gift. Except for Samsung Gangnam, Galaxy Studios operate only with on-site participation.
