Joseongdae, Chairman of Namyangju City Council, Holds New Year Dialogue with Namyangju FC

On the 22nd, Jo Seong-dae, Chairman of the Namyangju City Council, held a roundtable meeting in the chairman's office with representatives of Namyangju FC sponsors to discuss the revitalization of Namyangju FC.

At the roundtable meeting, Chairman Jo Seong-dae, Namyangju FC CEO Moon Han-kyung, and six other sponsor officials attended. Chairman Jo listened to opinions on the future development direction of Namyangju FC and the difficulties faced by local companies, and encouraged the attendees.

CEO Moon Han-kyung said, “I am grateful to Chairman Jo Seong-dae and the city council members for their constant interest and efforts to promote Namyangju FC and the field of community sports. I also ask that you pay attention to devising ways for local companies to coexist and prosper.”

Chairman Jo Seong-dae stated, “The excellent achievements of Namyangju FC, including an undefeated streak of 15 matches last year, are thanks not only to the efforts of many players and coaches but also to the support of the sponsors present here. Council members, including myself, will always cheer for Namyangju FC as its 12th player and actively promote it.”

He continued, “Our city council has worked to create a business-friendly environment for local small business owners, such as by proposing and passing an ordinance in 2023 prioritizing the purchase of local products. We will continue to actively support any areas where the Namyangju City Council can assist.”
