The 'Subsidy Support Project for Aging Apartment Complexes' is a project for the maintenance of common facilities such as children's playgrounds, rooftops, and exterior walls. Apartment complexes that have been completed for 12 years or more are eligible. Up to 50 million KRW per complex and 1 million KRW per household will be supported.
The 'Nighttime Landscape Lighting Installation Subsidy Support Project' aims to improve urban landscapes. Up to 66.5 million KRW per complex will be supported. The city plans to prioritize selecting apartment complexes located at major scenic points within the city.
The 'Saessak Station Installation Subsidy Support Project' supports the installation of shelters to create a safe environment for young children’s commuting to and from school. One location per complex can receive up to 18 million KRW in support.
The 'Community Revitalization Subsidy Support Project,' which provides operating expenses for community programs, supports up to 3 million KRW per complex, while the 'Rest Facility Improvement Subsidy Support Project for Security and Cleaning Workers' plans to support up to 2.5 million KRW per complex.
Interested complexes can apply through the Local Subsidy Management System (Botaem e) by March 7. Subsidy evaluations will be finalized through the 'Apartment Subsidy Review Committee' held in April.
To encourage participation, the city plans to hold an on-site briefing session at the city hall’s main conference room on the 3rd of next month. Detailed information about each project can be found on the Osan City Hall website or by contacting the Housing and Housing Policy Team.
Lee Gwon-jae, Mayor of Osan City, said, "We will actively promote the apartment subsidy project this year as well to create a pleasant residential environment and improve citizens’ housing satisfaction."
