[Featured Stock] Sollid Enters Profit Growth This Year... "Full of Positive Factors Including Quantum Cryptography Communication"

Solid is on the rise. It is interpreted that the analysis by securities firms, which pointed out that the company has re-entered a profit growth phase and is full of positive factors such as the launch of Trump's second term and quantum cryptography communication, has influenced this trend.

As of 1:44 PM on the 22nd, Solid was trading at 7,160 KRW, up 260 KRW (3.77%) compared to the previous trading day.

Kim Hong-sik, a researcher at Hana Securities, said, "As expected last year, Solid showed a temporary profit stagnation pattern, but it is expected to re-enter a meaningful profit growth phase this year and next year. Considering the launch of Trump's second term, the full-scale introduction of quantum cryptography communication, frequency auctions in the US and Korea, and the expansion of the Open RAN market, the outlook is full of positive factors."

He added, "In the long term, the frequency auctions scheduled for this fall in the US and domestically, as well as the expansion of the Open RAN market, can be highlighted. Nevertheless, some short-term investors seem to be increasing the volatility of Solid's stock price."

He explained, "At this point, I recommend ignoring temporary supply and demand movements and switching to trading with a longer-term perspective aiming for higher returns. If we enter the full-scale pre-6G era, the price-to-book ratio (PBR) of Solid, currently trading at around 1x, is likely to rise to more than 3x." He added, "It is time to switch to an investment strategy aimed at achieving significant long-term returns."
