Jungheung Group has decided to advance the payment of construction fees before the Lunar New Year holiday to support the smooth financial management of its partner companies. The construction fees to be paid this time amount to approximately 100 billion KRW and will be paid entirely in cash.

On the 21st, a Jungheung Construction official stated, "We have decided to advance the payment of construction fees in cash to promote mutual growth with our partner companies," adding, "We will support our partners to manage their funds smoothly during these economically challenging times and grow together."

This early payment is expected to be a great help to partner companies operating at about 30 construction sites nationwide. In particular, through this support, partner companies are expected to be able to pay wages and material costs on time and welcome the holiday.

Jungheung Group also advanced approximately 130 billion KRW in construction fees ahead of last year's Chuseok holiday. Meanwhile, Jungheung Group annually discovers outstanding partner companies and provides benefits such as incentives and exemption from contract performance guarantee insurance. Additionally, prioritizing safety at construction sites, the group continuously conducts safety and health management campaigns to strengthen trust with its partners.
