"Super Rich Also Textheap"... Samsung Securities Releases Limited Edition 'Heritage Solution'

The concept of "reading is cool" has appeared in the text-hip super-rich asset management market.

Samsung Securities announced on the 21st that it has published 2,000 limited edition copies of a booklet called 'Heritage Solution' for clients, which summarizes major tax and real estate cases for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

'Heritage Solution' selected three themes: 'Inheritance & Gift Tax,' 'Korea-US Tax,' and 'Real Estate,' and published booklets on each topic, produced with a dedicated sleeve box. The 2,000 copies were prepared with limited edition numbering to increase their collectible value. Among Samsung Securities’ ultra-high-net-worth clients, selected relationship managers will personally deliver the booklets to clients.

'Heritage Solution' is the first booklet published by Samsung Securities that organizes tax-saving and real estate know-how for clients. It provides optimal solutions on the three topics ultra-high-net-worth individuals are most curious about: 'Inheritance & Gift Tax,' 'Korea-US Tax,' and 'Real Estate.'

First, the 'Inheritance & Gift Tax' section covers the differences between inheritance tax and gift tax, tax-saving methods during inheritance, major procedures after inheritance commencement, and tax-saving methods for gift and capital gains taxes. The 'Korea-US Tax' section, using examples, guides key cases related to Korea-US tax that clients must know.

Finally, the 'Real Estate' section summarizes major complexes scheduled for sale and move-in in 2025, the 2025 subscription system, tips for safe jeonse and monthly rent contracts, how to write real estate sales contracts, and procedures for redevelopment and reconstruction projects.

Meanwhile, Samsung Securities introduced the industry's first dedicated brand for ultra-high-net-worth clients, 'SNI (Success & Investment),' in 2010, and in 2024, the number of clients with assets over 3 billion KRW surpassed 4,000. Additionally, the family office business managing assets of families with over 100 billion KRW, launched in 2020, exceeded 100 families and 30 trillion KRW in 2024.
