The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has established a digital administrative innovation system, including the construction of a cloud-based electronic approval system.
The Job Foundation first strengthened information protection by applying the latest technologies such as data encryption and OTP authentication through cloud security certification. It also secured system stability with automatic updates and rapid recovery functions. Additionally, remote work and mobile payment support features were implemented to enable work to be processed without restrictions on time and place.
In particular, in budget and accounting tasks, simple operations were automated to enhance administrative efficiency, reduce errors, and improve processes. Through this, about 50% work efficiency improvement is achieved, while expecting to save 900,000 sheets of paper annually and reduce printing costs by around 20 million KRW.
The Job Foundation pursued the construction of a digital administrative innovation system with the goal of paperless administration. Through this, the foundation plans to lead ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) management and continuously carry on sustainable management innovation.
Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, emphasized, "Digital transformation is an important case that simultaneously realizes work efficiency and eco-friendly management," adding, "We will utilize digital technology to achieve environmental protection and sustainable management innovation, establishing ourselves as a model case for public institutions."
