At 10:33 a.m. that day, President Yoon Seok-yeol, who was arrested 43 days after the declaration of martial law, has been exercising his right to remain silent during the investigation by the High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Division, which began at 11 a.m. This is the first time in the history of the Republic of Korea that a sitting president has been arrested by an investigative agency. In response to this news, Designer Park posted a photo titled "'Catch Grandpa President' Excited Innocence" with the caption "Caught~".
The photo shows President Yoon Seok-yeol visiting Myeongryun Elementary School in Wonju, Gangwon Province, on March 21 of last year, playing a partner tag game with children. Along with the post surrounded by dancing characters around a screenshot of a news flash subtitle saying "Yoon Seok-yeol Arrested," she welcomed the news of the president's arrest. Designer Park has consistently expressed support for President Yoon's impeachment through SNS and has also posted critical comments about the People Power Party, which defended President Yoon.
Earlier, Designer Park Si-young also commented on the posters of each candidate during the 20th presidential election. At that time, she said, "The common point from number 1 to number 4 is just 'nothing.' They didn't do any design at all," adding, "Usually, presidential election posters emphasize the party's symbolic color, but this time, except for Sim Sang-jung of the Justice Party, all removed colors as if by agreement. The characteristic of this election poster is that the party is erased and the individual is emphasized."

At that time, the poster of Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party of Korea candidate, featured a smiling face on a white background. The Democratic Party's symbolic blue color was used only in the phrase "Strong in crisis!", and the candidate's full name and number 1 symbol were displayed larger than other candidates. On the other hand, President Yoon Seok-yeol's poster during his candidacy placed the slogan "Yoon Seok-yeol raised by the people, the president who changes tomorrow" above the face photo. The symbolic red color was used only in the number 2 symbol, and the face photo, symbol, and name were arranged smaller compared to other candidates.
Regarding this, Designer Park Si-young criticized, "Yoon's poster emphasized the message over the figure, but it is an anachronistic layout like looking at an old fire prevention poster," adding, "The two-line sentence is placed above the figure, so ultimately, neither the message nor the photo catches the eye. They should have considered that presidential election posters are placed side by side, but his poster alone is set lower."
