AJ Maintenance Changes Company Name to 'Openlink'... "A New Leap Under Openmile"

AJ Maintenance Partners, a vehicle maintenance specialist company under Openmile, a leading vehicle mobility service platform in Korea, is rebranding as 'OpenLink' and embarking on a new leap forward. The company aims to rapidly expand its market influence based on a new vision.

On the 16th, Openmile announced that its subsidiary AJ Maintenance Partners changed its name as of the 1st of this month.


Founded in 2001, AJ Maintenance Partners provides professional vehicle maintenance services. It manages approximately 200,000 vehicles through a nationwide network of about 430 repair shops. Last August, Openmile acquired 100% of the shares from AJ Networks for 7.4 billion KRW.


After about five months of preparation, Openmile has reborn AJ Maintenance Partners as OpenLink. The name OpenLink embodies the meaning of connecting the entire mobility life cycle to build a more convenient and valuable ecosystem.


Through this name change, Openmile and OpenLink plan to enhance their image and actively pursue business integration. First, they intend to strengthen service competitiveness based on OpenLink’s 24 years of rich experience and technological expertise, and provide customized solutions to clients using the accumulated data of both companies.


Next month, the two companies will relocate together to a new office in Jamsil, Seoul, aiming not only for physical integration but also to improve work efficiency. This is expected to maximize synergy between the two companies and enhance customer service quality through efficient organizational management.


Park Kyung-hyun, CEO of Openmile and OpenLink, said, “The newly introduced name signifies an important milestone for Openmile and OpenLink to set a new standard in mobility services. We will provide accurate data throughout the vehicle lifecycle?from purchase to operation to sale?to establish clear evaluation criteria, and enhance corporate brand value through integrated solutions that allow one-stop processing and unified service experiences.”
