Nowon-gu Mayor Oh Seung-rok Holds 1st Forum on 'Rapid Promotion of Reconstruction and Redevelopment'

On the afternoon of the 15th, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, held the first forum of the year at the Nowon Lifelong Education Center to promote the rapid advancement of reconstruction and redevelopment projects.

Since forming the 'Rapid Promotion Task Force for Reconstruction and Redevelopment' in September 2022, the district has proactively responded to the demand for reconstruction and redevelopment. The forum, which began last year, focuses on building trust with residents and transparently advancing reconstruction and redevelopment procedures through expert lectures and interactive communication.

The first forum of this year consisted of a professional lecture and Q&A session by Attorney Kim Yong-beom from the law firm Geonseung. The lecture topic was "Interpretation of the Operation Regulations of the Promotion Committee and the Union Articles of Association," emphasizing understanding the legal foundations and regulations of reconstruction and redevelopment procedures.

Attorney Kim covered ▲legal issues and key regulations ▲practical considerations ▲recently amended related systems, and sought concrete solutions to legal and administrative problems raised on-site through a Q&A session with attendees.
