CJ CGV's Decision to Provide Debt Guarantee for CGI Holdings

CJ CGV announced on the 15th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee for its Hong Kong subsidiary, CGI Holdings Limited. The amount of the debt guarantee is 10,243,100,000 KRW. The debt guarantee period is from the 17th of this month until January 30, 2026. The board resolution date is the 15th.
