Best Innovation Secures 23 Billion KRW Seed Investment

Targeting $30 Million in Exports This Year
Diversifying Global Distribution Channels

Esthetic startup Best Innovation announced on the 15th that it has secured 23 billion KRW in seed investment. This round was led by Mirae Asset Venture Investment, with participation from Korea Investment Value Asset Management, Midas PE, Murex Partners, Kolon Investment, Muir Woods Ventures, and Ulysses Capital.


Founded in 2019, Best Innovation distributes the skincare brand KOPHER and the health supplement brand ANDO both domestically and internationally. KOPHER's sales in the first half of 2024 grew by 84% compared to the same period last year. They offer a variety of products centered on skincare, including sun care, body care, and hair care.

Through this investment, Best Innovation plans to aggressively target overseas markets such as Japan, the United States, the Middle East, and Indonesia this year. They also plan to launch beauty devices, introduce a global video content beauty platform, and expand their target demographic to the 2030 generation.


Chae Yun-seok, CEO of Best Innovation, said, “We have achieved remarkable results during this investment winter. We will strive to expand our core beauty business, develop new businesses, and advance globally to achieve $30 million in export sales by 2025, thereby enhancing both the K-beauty ecosystem and our corporate value.”
