The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (Sahakyeongeum) announced on the 14th that it held its 51st anniversary celebration and proclaimed the "Human Rights Management Charter" at its headquarters in Naju, Jeonnam on the 10th.
The proclamation ceremony of the Human Rights Management Charter is an event that publicly declares the institution's ten human rights management implementation items, aiming to spread awareness of human rights respect and demonstrate the commitment of all employees to practicing human rights management.
Last December, Sahakyeongeum revised the Human Rights Management Charter in compliance with the "Public Institution Human Rights Management Manual" recommended by the National Human Rights Commission. Additionally, the proclamation ceremony was held with the participation of all employees and partners to publicly announce the commitment to management practices based on respect for human rights both internally and externally.
This proclamation ceremony was organized not only for Sahakyeongeum employees but also for key stakeholders from partner companies to share the importance of human rights management and express the intention to reflect it throughout overall management.
Song Hajung, Chairman of Sahakyeongeum, stated, "Human rights are a core value of modern society and an important foundation for Sahakyeongeum to build trust with the public. Taking this proclamation ceremony as an opportunity, we will establish a culture centered on human rights management that prioritizes respect for the human rights of not only employees but also stakeholders in all business processes."
