SM to Release 30th Anniversary Album on February 14 Featuring Remakes by Senior and Junior Artists

Remakes of Iconic Hits by Hyun Jin-young, H.O.T., Red Velvet, and More
Seventeen Tracks Including 'Thank You' and 'Hug'

SM Entertainment will release the album '2025 SMTOWN' on February 14, the day of its 30th anniversary.

On the 14th, SM announced that it will release the commemorative album '2025 SMTOWN: THE CULTURE, THE FUTURE' at 6 p.m. on February 14, the company's 30th anniversary.


This is SM's first group album release in about 2 years and 2 months since the release of the SM Town winter album '2022 Winter SMTOWN: SMCU Palace' in December 2022.


The album includes a total of seventeen tracks, featuring the title track and SM's new group song 'Thank You,' as well as remakes of SM's legendary hit songs that have made a mark in K-pop history, reinterpreted by senior and junior artists according to each group's unique style and musical identity.


Kangta reinterpreted S.E.S.'s 'Just A Feeling,' BoA covered SHINee's Jonghyun's 'End Of A Day,' TVXQ took on Red Velvet's 'Psycho,' Super Junior remade Shinhwa's 'I Pray 4 U,' Girls' Generation reinterpreted The Grace's 'My Everything,' EXO covered H.O.T.'s 'Git It Up!,' and Red Velvet reimagined Girls' Generation's 'Run Devil Run.'


Additionally, NCT 127 remade Hyun Jin-young's 'You In Vague Memory,' NCT Dream covered EXO's 'Love Me Right,' WayV reinterpreted SHINee's 'Juliette,' aespa took on f(x)'s 'Rum Pum Pum Pum,' RYSE covered TVXQ's 'Hug,' NCT U reimagined Super Junior's 'Miracle,' and NAEVIS remade BoA's 'Game,' presenting SM's accumulated musical legacy in a fresh way.


Furthermore, SM's dance music label ScreaM Records and classical & jazz label SM Classics also joined this album, recreating SHINee's 'View' and BoA's 'My Name' with their respective label's musical colors.


Following the pre-release of RYSE's 'Hug' on the 8th, the title track's music video and some performances of the album's tracks were first unveiled at the 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025' Seoul concert held on the 11th and 12th.


The album is available for pre-order at both online and offline music stores.
