KT announced on the 14th that it held a business-to-business (B2B) strategy workshop with Microsoft. About 200 executives and employees from both companies, including KT CEO Kim Young-seop and Microsoft Korea CEO Cho Won-woo, attended the workshop.


At the event, Jung Woo-jin, head of KT's Strategic Business Consulting Division, presented the direction and plans for KT's Artificial Intelligence Transformation (AX) business in 2025, while CEO Cho shared Microsoft's business promotion plans for this year.


Following this, Song Seung-ho, head of KT's SPA Division, explained practical market penetration strategies based on the partnership together with Microsoft Korea executives. Discussions were also held to promote effective AI transformation tailored to the characteristics of individual industries such as public and finance sectors.


Jeon Seung-rok, head of KT's GTM Division, stated, "We will provide the best value to customers in the era of digital innovation based on AI, cloud, and IT by collaborating with Microsoft." Park Seung-myeon, head of Microsoft's Strategy Division in Korea, said, "We plan to actively support domestic customers' successful AI transformation journeys with reliable and innovative technology."
