Promoting Youth Welfare and Bicycle Use
Online Applications Accepted via Changwon Youth Information Platform
Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam will recruit 1,350 participants on a first-come, first-served basis starting from the 15th for the ‘2025 Youth Nubija Usage Fee Support Project’ to promote the welfare of young people and encourage bicycle use.
The Youth Nubija Usage Fee Support Project is a program that supports the usage fees for ‘Nubija,’ the public bicycle system, which is an eco-friendly transportation method in Changwon City. It targets young people aged 19 to 39 who are registered residents of Changwon City. Applications will be accepted online through the Changwon Youth Information Platform from the 15th until November 30.
The city will review eligibility each month, finalize the list of recipients by the 5th of the following month, and provide annual Nubija membership passes starting from the 10th. However, recipients of the 2024 support program are not eligible for duplicate support.
This project aims to reduce transportation costs for young people and create a sustainable urban environment where youth want to stay by promoting eco-friendly transportation. It is also expected to help stabilize young people’s lives and encourage them to settle in the region.
