Content artificial intelligence (AI) solution company ForByFor announced on the 14th that it has created a giant outdoor media art exhibition space on the sandy beach of Sokcho Beach, Gangwon Province.

ForByFor produced the nighttime landscape project "Sea of Light, Sokcho" media art at Sokcho Beach over about six months since July last year, with dimensions of 70m wide and 20m high.

Gangwon Province and Sokcho City planned this to make Sokcho Beach a year-round tourist destination that can be visited not only during the summer vacation season but anytime. The media art content also mainly used local symbols such as the "sea" and "Seoraksan."

The main media art exhibition consists of three parts: "Living Sokcho Sea," "The Sea Flows to the Mountain," and "The Universe is Contained in the Sea." The videos captivate visitors’ attention with waves realized through light, light wavelengths symbolizing the vitality of the sea, and geometric graphics expressing images of the universe.

The exhibition was first unveiled to the public at the New Year's Sunrise event hosted by Sokcho City on the 1st. It officially started operating for visitors to Sokcho Beach from the 10th.

Yoon Junho, CEO of ForByFor, said, "Since we specialize in producing ultra-high-definition and ultra-realistic videos, we filled the exhibition with content that provides such a high level of immersion that visitors feel as if they have actually entered the space." He added, "Starting with this exhibition, we plan to accelerate related business sectors, including media art exclusive content production, exhibition space planning, and commercial display installation projects."
