Shin Chang-jae, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Kyobo Life Insurance, emphasized that the company must become the best at sales and marketing innovation to improve customer experience.

At the '2025 Company-wide Management Strategy Meeting' held on the 10th at Kyobo Life Insurance's Gyeseongwon (training center) in Cheonan, Chungnam, Chairman Shin stated, "We need to identify customers' hidden needs and pain points and develop differentiated products and services to effectively deliver them to customers."

After the management strategy meeting, Chairman Shin had lunch with outstanding branch managers at Gyeseongwon, encouraging their sales achievements and listening to challenges from the field in a communication session.

Chairman Shin expressed his gratitude to the branch managers who achieved their business plans through ethical sales amid fierce competition. He urged them to become ambassadors of customer value innovation on the front lines of sales.
