Asan City Selected as the Nation's Top Institution for Comprehensive Public Property Survey

Secured a Special Grant of 100 Million Won

Asan city officials are taking a commemorative photo after the awards ceremony.

Asan City in Chungnam Province announced on the 13th that it has been selected as the top institution nationwide in the '2024 Public Property Comprehensive Survey' hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, securing a special grant of 100 million won.

The award ceremony was held on the 9th at the main auditorium of the Government Sejong Complex.

To enhance expertise, the city has designated the Accounting Division as a specialized position and annually unifies its public property register and official records after conducting internal comparisons and analyses.

In particular, in 2023, the city established a tracking and management system for public property acquisition details through the Real Estate Transaction Management System.

As a result, compared to 2023, the number of land and building assets increased by 1,119 cases, and the value of public property grew by approximately 65.75 billion won.
