Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) is recruiting companies to participate in the first 'Job Seeker and Employer Meeting Day' event of 2025 from the 13th to February 5th.

The 'Job Seeker and Employer Meeting Day' is a small-scale recruitment event where employers and job seekers meet directly for interviews and hiring. It provides job seekers with employment opportunities and companies with a chance to quickly hire suitable talent. More than 10 excellent companies are expected to participate in this event, which is being held for the first time this year, and all procedures from document submission to interviews and hiring will be completed on-site at once.

At the four events held last year, HR managers from a total of 53 companies participated, conducting 693 on-site interviews, resulting in the hiring of 296 people, nearly half of the interviewees.

Employers wishing to participate in the event can fill out a job application form and submit it by visiting the Paju City Job Center, Unjeong Administrative Welfare Center, or Munsan Administrative Welfare Center, or by fax or email. Meanwhile, job seekers can participate by bringing the necessary documents for the interview on the day of the event without prior application.

Lee I-gu, Director of the Job Economy Division, said, "This event will provide job seekers with employment opportunities and serve as a place for employers to meet suitable talent," adding, "We ask for active participation and interest from companies."
