The applicants for the business groups are domestic large and medium-sized enterprises that do not fall under small and medium enterprises according to the 'Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises,' and they can participate in the program by forming business groups together with partner small and medium enterprises that have hiring demands.

In particular, they must possess capabilities such as developing excellent job training programs through common educational demand analysis of partner small and medium enterprises, and connecting the network of partner small and medium enterprises with the recruitment and hiring of young job seekers.

The Small and Medium Business Corporation provides selected business groups with operating expenses such as education course development costs and rental fees, and the business groups support theoretical and on-site practical training necessary for job performance and employment matching for job seekers wishing to be employed at partner small and medium enterprises.

Johan Kyo, Director of Human Resources Growth at the Small and Medium Business Corporation, said, “Through the Large and Small-Medium Enterprise Win-Win Job Program, we will contribute to the resolution of manpower shortages in small and medium enterprises by supplying excellent talent to partner small and medium enterprises, providing young job seekers with quality job training and employment opportunities, as well as promoting the mutual growth of companies.”
