CEO Yoon Monghyun Delivers Thank-You Letters and Congratulatory Rice Cake Sets
to the Families of 37 Newly Hired Regular Employees
The family-oriented management approach of Gwangju Global Motors (GGM) is drawing attention.
GGM announced on the 12th that it had delivered a thank-you letter from CEO Yoon Monghyun and a congratulatory gift (a rice cake set) to the families of 37 new employees for 2025, who were hired as regular employees on the 7th after completing a three-month probationary period (internship).
The letter addressed to the parents of the new employees included the CEO's words of gratitude and GGM's future vision.

In the thank-you letter, CEO Yoon stated, "Manager 000 (new employee) was selected as a probationary employee after overcoming fierce competition, has diligently fulfilled their responsibilities, and is a talented individual who has passed a difficult selection process," adding, "I sincerely thank you for allowing your precious family member to become part of our company family."
He then explained the specific duties assigned to each manager, saying, "We will always take good care to ensure they work safely and healthily," and added, "I trust that you will also encourage them to get sufficient rest at home."
He further emphasized, "The future of GGM is very bright," and, "We will all strive to make this company a workplace that everyone envies, so that the manager can enjoy a stable and rewarding life."
GGM also plans to deliver printed commemorative photos of each new employee, taken after receiving their appointment certificate from CEO Yoon at the induction ceremony and the labor-management mutual growth agreement signing ceremony held on the 8th.
One manager assigned to the Painting Department of GGM's Production Headquarters said, "My father and mother were deeply moved when they received the letter and congratulatory gift sent to the parents of the final successful candidates, and their trust in the company has grown even stronger," adding, "I will do my best to comply with the labor-management mutual growth agreement and to produce safe, high-quality cars."
