Seven Eleven Signs Win-Win Agreement with Franchisees... Expansion of Waste Disposal Support and Introduction of Medical Assistance

Expand Franchisee Medical Welfare...Advance Salary Payment Service for Workers Also Available

Seven Eleven announced on the 10th that it will sign the '2025 Franchise Win-Win Agreement' to revitalize franchise store sales and promote mutual growth. Through this win-win agreement, the company plans to strengthen existing welfare systems and management support systems, as well as introduce new systems to assist franchise store operations.


First, the waste support system for food products (triangle kimbap, kimbap, lunch boxes) will be expanded to the highest level in the industry. The support rate will increase from the existing maximum of 40% to up to 50% (basic 20%, win-win support up to 30%) depending on the operating quantity and increase. The aim is to encourage active product operation and sales to improve store profitability.

The franchise store medical welfare system will also be expanded. In addition to the existing comprehensive health checkup discounts and psychological counseling, in cooperation with Seoul Medical, up to 49% discount benefits will be provided for non-insurance items in 16 medical departments including ophthalmology, dentistry, dermatology, plastic surgery, otolaryngology, and hair transplantation at 1,200 affiliated hospitals nationwide. The beneficiaries are business owners and their immediate family members.


A salary advance service for mates working at stores has also been established. Through 'Paywatch,' a salary advance service provider, employees can receive part of their salary in advance up to a limit of 350,000 KRW per month.


In addition to this newly established system, Seven Eleven operates various franchise win-win support systems. Seven Eleven maintains a waste support rate of 20% to a maximum of 50% for all food convenience meals (spaghetti, udon, etc.) and differentiated products (roasted sweet potatoes, instant chicken, etc.), and provides an annual subsidy of 960,000 KRW for refrigerated and room temperature products.


The franchise win-win program is also in operation. Representative support systems include ▲ Mutual Growth Fund ▲ Labor Consultation Service ▲ Corporate Condo ▲ Congratulatory and Condolence Support ▲ Store Safety Work Insurance ▲ Business Owner Education Support ▲ Interest Support for Business Owners’ University Student Children’s Tuition Loans.


Furthermore, the company operates the 'Autonomous Adjustment Committee,' an autonomous body to build mutual trust between headquarters and business owners, listening to business owners’ opinions and working on system improvements and welfare enhancement for business owners.
