On the 8th, the Special Investigation Unit of the National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters announced through a press release, "A summons was sent to Deputy Director Kim, requiring him to appear by 10 a.m. on the 11th."
The Special Investigation Unit issued a second summons to Lee Jin-ha, Director of the Security and Safety Headquarters, who did not comply with the first summons, requiring him to appear by 2 p.m. on the 11th.
