SNT Dynamics Awards Excellent Technical Papers ... 1 Best and 6 Excellent Papers

SNT Dynamics announced on the 8th that it reviewed and awarded technical papers submitted by research and development employees over the past year.

In 2024, a total of 65 technical papers were submitted by researchers through professional technical societies, technical seminars, and in-house technical paper presentations, of which 1 was selected as the best paper and 6 as excellent papers.

In this review, Park Beomhee, a senior researcher who submitted a paper titled "A Study on Predicting the Behavior of Automatic Loading Systems through Dynamic Characteristic Analysis," was selected as the best paper.

Following the awards for three excellent papers in the first half of 2024 in July last year, the submitters of six excellent papers for the second half of the year were each awarded on this day.

SNT Dynamics explained that it continuously rewards outstanding paper submitters to promote the sharing of technical knowledge and improve the capabilities of its researchers.

In particular, since 2023, the company has been encouraging various forms of paper presentations, such as professional technical societies, technical seminars, and in-house technical paper presentations, to enhance the engineering technical capabilities of newly hired young science and engineering employees.

Along with this, to realize the management vision of transforming into a "Global TOP Engineering Company" focused on research and development and technical marketing in the "precision machinery technology and precision electronic control technology module fields" by 2029, the company has been actively recruiting and nurturing outstanding young talents from local science and engineering universities, hiring 130 young talents from science and engineering universities over the past three years.
