School University Job Plus Center Operates 'Practical Mock Interview Employment Success Therapy'
Daejin University (President Jang Seok-hwan) University Job Plus Center announced on the 7th that, in celebration of the Year of the Blue Dragon 2025, it successfully conducted practical mock interviews tailored to various job roles on the 3rd for young people preparing for employment. The program helped participants gain interview experience and boost their confidence by providing customized questions and feedback for each job role, enabling them to respond effectively in real interviews.

In particular, through the 'Plant Terrarium' making session held after the lecture, students had the opportunity to learn about the healing effects of plants and ways to provide psychological stability. It is expected that this will have a positive impact on students along with messages of employment success.
Participating students said, "The instructor's pressure question interview (video recording) was as tense as a real interview, making it a valuable experience," and "Plant therapy greatly helped with psychological stability," adding, "The mock interview reduced my fear of actual interviews."
Jang In-ho, director of the University Job Plus Center, stated, "New approaches such as practical mock interviews and plant therapy are expected to become opportunities for university students to manage psychological stress and effectively prepare for interviews, having a positive impact. Starting with this program, we plan to operate more programs in the future."
