Nonsan Mayor Baek Seonghyeon stated, "The year 2025 must be when we turn our promises to the citizens into tangible results," and urged everyone to dedicate themselves to their responsibilities with a strong sense of duty.
During an executive meeting on the 6th, Mayor Baek said, "Just as it is important to create and design new initiatives and prepare for the future, it is equally important to complete and finish the tasks at hand."
He continued, "Please pay special attention to ensure that ongoing projects proceed smoothly and that there are no gaps in our work," emphasizing, "Even in challenging circumstances, renew your resolve, do not lose your sense of mission, and maintain unwavering administration."
At the meeting, the city discussed the implementation plan for phased budget execution, measures to restore the local economy following the national mourning period, and plans to strengthen disaster response capabilities during the winter season.
