This product enhances performance by applying a desiccant method with air purification functions, rather than the existing heat pump-type ceiling dehumidifier that dehumidifies by passing humid air through a cooling coil.
The desiccant method is a chemical dehumidification technique that supplies dry air by repeatedly passing humid air through a moisture filter made of specially manufactured dehumidifying materials and heating it. This method offers excellent dehumidification performance and maintains a comfortable environment with deodorizing and antibacterial functions.
With a ceiling-embedded structure and LED application, it can be installed in dressing rooms without lighting interference. Its small size and light weight make installation convenient. From a maintenance perspective, no separate drain piping for condensate discharge is installed, allowing use without concerns of odor, leakage, or backflow.
Lotte Construction and Humaster recently completed KC certification, underwent testing at the Energy Certification Research Institute, and obtained official test reports from authorized institutions.
A representative from Lotte Construction’s Technology Research Institute said, "This technology development was carried out to provide residents with a comfortable living environment," adding, "We plan to selectively apply it to residential facilities constructed by Lotte Construction in the future to enhance residents’ housing satisfaction."
