‘Busan Eco Delta City Daebang Elyum Riverview’ Launches Sales... Subscription on the 8th

Daebang Industrial Development's 'Busan Eco Delta City Daebang Elyum Riverview,' located in the Gangseo-gu area of Busan Metropolitan City, held a weekend event to celebrate the opening of its model house, attracting a continuous stream of visitors and showing strong sales enthusiasm.

Applications for 'Busan Eco Delta City Daebang Elyum Riverview' will be accepted from the 8th (Wednesday) on the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website. The schedule is special supply on the 8th, first priority on the 9th, and second priority on the 10th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 16th, and contract signing will take place between February 3rd and 5th.

First priority applications are open to residents aged 19 or older living in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam who have held a subscription account for more than six months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area, regardless of home ownership or household head status (except for special supply for elderly parents). There is no restriction on re-winning, so applicants can apply regardless of previous winning status. Additionally, if applicants do not meet the special supply or first priority requirements, they can apply under the second priority.

The complex adopts a fixed 5% initial payment system and a contract condition assurance system that guarantees the same benefits for existing and future contract holders, reducing concerns and initial burdens for buyers. Furthermore, premium appliances and finishing materials such as living room floor-to-ceiling glass railings, high-end art walls, engineered stone kitchen walls and countertops, 13-inch wall pads, and bench-type shoe cabinets are provided free of charge for a limited time, drawing significant attention.

The complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 10 floors, with a total of 470 households, all built with a single exclusive area type of 119㎡. A sales official stated, “The large-sized 119㎡ units, which are rare within Eco Delta City, are attracting strong interest from buyers,” and added, “We will do our best to ensure residents enjoy the highest level of residential satisfaction.”

Each household is allocated approximately 2.1 parking spaces, providing the best parking conditions within Eco Delta City. Additionally, it offers an expanded service area of about 55㎡ (119㎡ Type A), comparable to other companies' exclusive 132㎡ types. The design includes a 4BAY 6ROOM layout with an alpha room and various storage spaces such as corridor-type dressing rooms.

The model house is currently operating in the Myeongji-dong area of Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
