Applications Open Until the 15th for 500 Children and Adolescents, 330 Seniors, and More
Cheonan City, Chungnam Province, announced that it will be recruiting 1,035 participants for the Community Social Service Investment Project until the 15th.
The city plans to allocate a total budget of approximately 2.7 billion KRW to provide vouchers that allow recipients to use the services they desire.
The recruitment fields include: 500 children and adolescents, 330 seniors, 75 people with disabilities, 20 couples for relationship improvement, and 110 for mental health services.
Applications can be submitted in person at each Administrative Welfare Center. The city will review age, income, and other criteria, and individually notify applicants of the selection results next month.
An official from the Welfare Policy Division stated, "The amount of support and required documents differ by field," and advised, "Please confirm by phone before visiting the Administrative Welfare Center."
Meanwhile, the city plans to recruit an additional 900 participants: 260 in the youth sector in March, 40 in the childcare sector in April, and 600 in the massage service sector for the visually impaired in July.
