Global genome molecular diagnostics specialist LabGenomics announced on the 3rd that it has recruited Ryu Jae-hak, former head of the Consumer Healthcare (CH) division at Daewoong Pharmaceutical, as Vice President of LabGenomics.
Vice President Ryu Jae-hak is a pharmacist who graduated from Chung-Ang University College of Pharmacy. With over 20 years of experience at Daewoong Pharmaceutical, he is known as an expert in pharmaceutical and healthcare business with extensive knowledge and know-how in pharmaceutical marketing, business development, research and development (R&D), and healthcare sales. Since 2015, he has served as head of the CH division, achieving remarkable results including five consecutive years of sales growth and improved profitability.
LabGenomics plans to strengthen the competitiveness of its diagnostic sales organization by introducing new innovations and advanced techniques in the sales of in vitro diagnostic tests through the recruitment of Vice President Ryu. Additionally, the company aims to expand its client base from the primary hospital network established nationwide to include secondary and tertiary hospitals such as medium-to-large and semi-general hospitals.
