The execution of the arrest warrant for President Yoon Seok-yeol by the High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Unit (PCC) is underway on the 3rd, heightening tensions in the political sphere. As the standoff between the PCC and the Presidential Office continues for more than four hours this morning, opposition party lawmakers are collectively pressuring the warrant execution through social networking services (SNS).

Park Ji-won, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, posted on his Facebook around 10:10 a.m. saying, "I send applause to the joint investigation headquarters and police officials who are working hard on the arrest of the ringleader of the rebellion and foreign exchange crimes."

Park stated, "Although the standoff has lasted over four hours, I earnestly hope that the arrest will be made and the public will be shown the scene."

He added, "Yoon Seok-yeol, do not show a more disgraceful appearance and comply with the execution of the arrest warrant willingly," and "The public and democratic citizens worldwide feel insulted by the decline in the national dignity of the Republic of Korea due to your disgraceful behavior until the end."

Regarding Choi Sang-mok, the Acting President who is currently serving as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance, he emphasized, "It is time to demonstrate leadership," and "You must instruct the Security Office and military guards to cooperate with the execution of the warrant. This is a rule-of-law country."

Oh Ki-hyung, a lawyer and Democratic Party lawmaker, also posted on Facebook the same morning, stating, "Obstructing the execution of the arrest warrant by the Security Office is a second rebellion," and emphasized, "Acting President Choi must notify the head of the Security Office that blocking the warrant execution is unconstitutional and illegal."

Oh pointed out, "The arrest warrant for the ringleader of the rebellion, Yoon Seok-yeol, is being executed, and the head of the Security Office and some military personnel must properly recognize the gravity of the situation," adding, "Obstructing the warrant execution is a second rebellion."

He continued, "If the head of the Security Office mobilizes security personnel to block the execution of the warrant against Yoon Seok-yeol, those involved will inevitably be punished for (special obstruction of official duties). Why should young people fulfilling their military service obligations become criminals? The Ministry of National Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and military personnel must clearly state their position to prevent further involvement and harm from this rebellion."

Lee Hae-min, a member of the Innovation Party for Justice, wrote on Facebook the same morning in a post titled "The rising stock market situation," stating, "Actions to reduce uncertainty are necessary for the economy to revive."

In the post, Lee attached a graphic image showing the KOSPI index at 2439.90, up 1.71% (40.96 points), the KOSDAQ index at 698.01, up 1.66% (11.38 points), and the KOSPI 200 at 323.71, up 1.87% (5.94 points) as of 10:37 a.m. that day.

He added, "To maintain this trend of stock market recovery, arrests, impeachment, regime change, and punishment must be carried out," and warned, "If progress is not made quickly, these indicators will fall again."
