On the 3rd, Pino announced that it had signed a copper blister supply contract worth 11.3 billion KRW with Hong Kong's CITIC Metal Limited. Copper blister is a copper compound with a purity of 98-99%, which is processed through refining to produce high-purity metallic copper.

The company also signed a copper blister supply contract worth 2.6 billion KRW with Hong Kong's CITIC Metal on the 30th of last month. Since August of last year, Pino has continuously succeeded in securing secondary battery raw material supply contracts with CITIC Metal, achieving a cumulative contract amount exceeding 20 billion KRW.

A Pino representative stated, "We are continuously generating new business results through large-scale secondary battery raw material supply contracts from the beginning of the year," adding, "This year, we will actively pursue remarkable growth in scale and strengthen our business foundation through the secondary battery material and raw material business, including precursors, which are key materials for cathodes."

Meanwhile, Pino has been expanding its achievements in the secondary battery material business, including signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for nickel, cobalt, and manganese (NCM) precursor supply with L&F in September last year, and acquiring shares in the POSCO Future M joint venture C&P New Materials in December.
