Birdview, the operator of the beauty platform Hwahae, announced on the 3rd that it has recruited Kim Jeongwon, Chief Product Officer (CPO) from one of Korea's top three big tech companies, to accelerate its global business expansion.
CPO Kim Jeongwon is an expert who has led growth for 10 years as a Product Owner (PO) and PO Lead at tech companies including Netmarble, Naver, Kakao, Toss, and Cream. In particular, at Toss, he contributed to the growth of Toss's advertising business into a core focus by implementing user-friendly strategies that connect users and brands.
Based on CPO Kim's extensive experience and expertise, Hwahae plans to establish product strategies optimized for the global beauty market and build B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) services where K-beauty brands can grow together with Hwahae, solidifying its position as a K-beauty platform.
