Goyang Special City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced that it held a New Year's visit on the 2nd at Goyang City Memorial Park (located in Deogi-dong, Ilsanseo-gu) to welcome the year 2025, the Year of Eulsa.

Mayor Lee Dong-hwan of Goyang Special City, along with the 1st and 2nd Deputy Mayors, senior officials, and heads of 11 veterans and security organizations in Goyang City, paid tribute to the noble spirits of the patriotic martyrs and national heroes who dedicated themselves to the country and nation, and reaffirmed their new determination and resolution for the development of Goyang City.
Mayor Lee stated, “In the New Year of 2025, the Year of Eulsa, we will do our best for the safety and happiness of the citizens of Goyang Special City and open a new leap forward for further development in 2025,” as he began the New Year's work.
