This event is a New Year special event planned by Yangyang-gun following last year’s Christmas special exhibition, designed to promote the local food market both internally and externally and to increase the income of shipping farms. Customers who purchase agricultural specialties and processed products worth more than 30,000 won will receive high-quality agricultural specialty gifts such as mixed rice or apples.

Starting with this New Year event, Yangyang-gun plans to hold a special exhibition for the Lunar New Year from the 24th to the 28th and will continuously develop various food and experience events to enrich the content of the local food market.

A Yangyang-gun official said, “This New Year special exhibition is a great opportunity to express gratitude to customers and widely promote the excellence of local agricultural specialties,” adding, “We will continue to do our best to improve customer satisfaction and increase the income of local farms.”

‘Maeil Ahopsi’ means providing fresh and safe agricultural specialties to consumers every morning at 9 o’clock, and currently, 133 shippers participate, offering about 300 different products. Representative products include vegetables, new rice, fruits, mushrooms, organic eggs, pickles, traditional liquor, perilla oil, dried persimmons, Korean sweets, tofu, dried vegetables, and various small items.
