Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 2nd that on the 30th of last month, Nuri Environment Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jae-min) located in Baekseok-eup and Deokjeong Environment Co., Ltd. in Eunhyeon-myeon (CEOs Ko Kwang-yong and Ko Yoon-hee) each visited City Hall to donate 5 million won in cash to help neighbors in need.

At the Nuri Environment donation ceremony, CEO Lee Jae-min, Director Lee Sung-won, and executives attended, while Deokjeong Environment Co., Ltd. was represented by CEO Ko Kwang-yong and Manager Kim Sun-joo. The donations from both companies will be delivered to vulnerable groups in the area through the Gyeonggi Social Welfare Community Chest.
CEO Lee Jae-min of Nuri Environment Co., Ltd. said, “We prepared the donation with the hope that it would help neighbors in need not feel isolated and have a warm New Year.” He added, “We will continue to pay steady attention to our neighbors and practice sharing.”
CEO Ko Kwang-yong said, “We prepared the donation hoping it would help marginalized groups around us get through the cold winter.” He added, “We want Deokjeong Environment Co., Ltd. to continue looking after the difficulties of the local community and spread positive influence.”
Yangju Mayor Kang Su-hyun said, “We sincerely thank Nuri Environment Co., Ltd. and Deokjeong Environment Co., Ltd. for their warm sharing.” He added, “We will make sure the precious donations you have given are delivered well to provide great strength and comfort to neighbors in need.”
