"Must Uncover the Truth of the Incident Transparently"

The Gwangju civil society has expressed its condolences to the victims and bereaved families of the Jeju Air passenger plane crash tragedy.
Gwangju Emergency Action for Immediate Resignation of the Yoon Sukyeol Administration and Social Reform, which is comprised of 175 civic organizations from the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, stated, "We pray for the souls of the victims of the Jeju Air flight 7C 2216 crash tragedy," and added, "We offer our condolences to the families of the victims, who must be experiencing indescribable sorrow due to this sudden disaster."
The Emergency Action further stated, "The relevant authorities and the airline must show full respect to the victims and ensure there is no negligence in providing support measures for the families of the victims. The truth behind this incident must be revealed transparently," and added, "We will take the lead in creating a society where such tragic disasters do not occur. We extend our deepest sympathies to the bereaved families, who must be overwhelmed with grief."
