RS Automation is showing strong performance. This is interpreted as being influenced by news that US-based Nvidia plans to focus more on robotics in 2025.

As of 1:59 PM on the 30th, RS Automation is trading at 11,720 KRW, up 8.82% compared to the previous day.

According to industry sources, Nvidia is scheduled to release Jetson Thor, a next-generation compact computer for humanoid robots, in the first half of next year.

In March, Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, showcased various robots powered by Nvidia chips at the annual conference.

Rather than directly competing with manufacturers like Tesla, Nvidia plans to provide foundational technology in the form of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to hundreds of thousands of robot manufacturers worldwide. This is thanks to the rapid spread of generative AI models and the technical capability to train robots using simulation environments.

Meanwhile, RS Automation is known to be supplying robot motion controllers as a partner of Rockwell Automation, a partner of Nvidia’s Isaac robotics platform. RS Automation is reported to be the only domestic company with a product lineup that includes robot motion control and energy control devices.
