Shinhan Bank Seoul City Hall Financial Center, which operates Seoul City's 1st and 2nd treasury accounts with an enormous annual budget reaching 45 trillion KRW, is enjoying good news at the end of the year.

On the 27th, Shinhan Bank carried out a head office chief personnel appointment effective January 1, 2025. On this day, Jeong Mun-ho, Community Manager of the Seoul City Hall Financial Center, was promoted and appointed as Head of the Institutional Solutions Division 2 (Chief).

It is known that the newly appointed Chief Jeong earned this honor due to his outstanding leadership during his two-year tenure, working closely not only with internal staff but also with branch managers under his supervision to achieve excellent results.

In particular, his thorough management of performance against targets and the high results achieved were evaluated as the main reasons for his promotion.

He also received high praise for his forward-thinking policy mindset, demonstrated by supporting the opening of the Seoul City Hall Plaza skating rink where one can skate for only 1,000 KRW, as well as developing or supporting financial products related to Seoul City policies to benefit Seoul citizens.

The atmosphere is even better as all former Seoul City Hall Center chiefs, along with Chief Jeong, are doing well.

Kim Ho-dae, who served as the inaugural Center Chief, was promoted to Vice President of Jeju Bank, an affiliate of Shinhan Bank.

Additionally, Yoo Ju-seon, the 2nd Center Chief and Head of Sales Promotion Group 1, and Hwang Jae-pil, the 3rd Center Chief and Head of Institutional Solutions Division 1 (Chief), were reappointed.

With many former Shinhan Bank Seoul City Hall Center chiefs receiving good news at the end of the year, employee morale is soaring.

An executive said, “With Center Chief Jeong Mun-ho being promoted to Head and all former Center Chiefs doing well, the atmosphere within the center is very positive,” expressing a strong feeling to start 2025 energetically.

At Shinhan Bank Seoul City Hall Center, Branch Managers Choi Hee-joo and Kim Gye-ja, and Deputy Branch Managers Im Chae-hoon and Choi Hyun-jin are working diligently.
