The donated rice consists of 100 bags of 10kg ‘Yugumi’ cultivated using eco-friendly farming methods, which will be delivered to local neighbors, including vulnerable multicultural families in Paju City.
Considering the characteristics of the Paju community, where many children have migrant backgrounds, Woongjin ThinkBig plans to prioritize support for multicultural families and deliver eco-friendly rice that cares for the environment and health, practicing sustainable donation activities. Furthermore, it intends to fulfill its corporate social responsibility through social contribution activities that coexist with the local community.
A Woongjin ThinkBig official said, “We are pleased to provide a small help so that multicultural and vulnerable families can have a warm year-end,” adding, “We will continue activities that can provide practical help to various neighbors while growing together with the local community.”
